History
We have been serving Alliance and adjacent areas since 1965. The company was founded by the late Donald First in 1965. Jeffrey has been Broker/Manager since 1981.

Office and Staffs
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services,Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.

We also have a full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.

Agents
We have a staff of 9 licenced sales associates highly trained and involved in community activities. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, and business owners. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.

Certifications and Recognitions
Jeffrey is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (G.R.I.) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations,and is Past President of The Alliance Board of Realtors.
